Description
This is a stainless steel steaming plate that can be used by being placed in a pan or pot. This product makes it easy for you to cook steamed dishes.
It comes with a high dome-shaped lid that enables you to easily steam large foods. You can also place a teacup over it to create chawanmushi (Japanese steamed egg custard).
You can use this product with pans and pots between 24 and 26cm in diameter. Please note that if this product is larger than these utensils, you will not be able to fit it into the pan while if smaller, you will not be able to steam foods sufficiently.
Other dishes suitable for cooking with this product include steamed vegetables, boiled eggs, steamed shabu-shabu, meat buns, and more.
