The Todai Aluminum Japanese Butter Knife is designed to grate butter block efficiently and spread it on the toast easier.
This Japanese knife is made of aluminum, which has a greater heat conductivity than its stainless steel counterparts. You will realize the difference once you cut the butter.
This product is slightly bent at the boundary between blade and handle. This feature allows for more precise knife control.
It is convenient to cut or grate the butter no matter how tough it is because the blade edge is serrated. The blade's wide and flat surface also facilitates spreading butter on the toast.
This product has six color variations: silver, gold, black, blue, red, and pink.
