This is a tangy and spicy sauce that is manufactured by a soy sauce brewer Takesan, and is designed to use as a seasoning for pasta dishes.
It is made with the manufacturer’s authentic whole soy sauce, chili pepper and garlic from Kagawa Prefecture, and yuzu citrus from Tokushima Prefecture. This condiment does not include chemical additives, so you can experience the taste of local specialties in Shikoku region (an island located below the western end of Japanese mainland).
This product goes excellent with pasta, but you can also add it to a salad or use it as a dipping sauce. It is said that mixing with citrus juice makes this sauce tastier.
