This is Sori Yanagi's punching strainer that has a simple-but-stylish design and excellent usability. Many customers realize and are surprised by this product's user-friendliness when they start using it.
This product is made of a stainless steel plate with densely punched holes. As a result, the contact surface is minimized and it offers more efficient water drainage.
In addition, unlike with mesh strainers, this product is easier to wash, is tougher, and food is less likely to get clogged.
