The Yanagi Design Office was established in 1953 to carry out Sori Yanagi’s design philosophy by developing new products and reproducing Yanagi’s older designs.
The Sori Yanagi #1250 series of stainless steel cutlery focuses on ease-of-use. Their goal is to create easy-to-grip cutlery that you can use for a long time without getting tired. They want all of their products to have a comfortable form, and a reasonable weight so that you can have a sense of its durability and stability.
