S&B Rayu is a Japanese condiment made with natural ingredients including red chili pepper, spices and paprika. It is used to add flavor to your favorite Japanese dishes such as gyoza dumplings, ramen or soups, and can also be used as cooking ingredient to enhance the flavor of dishes. It can also be used for Chinese dishes, such as dim-sum sauce, or Chinese dressing, in addition to a topping for sushi rolls or seasoning for fried meat and vegetables.
Made by one of Japan’s leading food manufacturers S&B, this Rayu is made by extracting various spices before sesame oil is added to create a spicy, bright red seasoning with the savory taste of sesame oil.
