This matcha hard candy from Marukyu is the perfect little taste of Uji for anyone with a sweet tooth.
Marukyu makes their hard candy using traditional methods, in a unique copper pan, that takes up to ten times longer than it would to regularly make candy. The effort pays off, however, in the extra smooth texture and crispy bite produced by the process.
This high quality candy features a core of specially-selected Uji matcha powder, sealing in the rich aroma and flavor of matcha inside a crystal candy shell.
This is a great treat to serve to guests alongside tea, or to enjoy by yourself whenever you're feeling peckish.
