This traditional Japanese sushi press allows you to layer ingredients and press them into a compact slab before cutting into five easy-to-eat pieces.
Instructions
Wet the container thoroughly before use to prevent sticking.
Fill the bottom of the press with your topping, as the food at the bottom becomes the top of your sushi. Then layer your sushi rice, filling, and more sushi rice before compressing the sushi with the top of the press.
Make sure to use more rice than you need so that it doesn't become thin at the edges after pressing.
