Description
This cute jubako box features a chequered vermilion and black lacquer pattern, which is common in traditional Japanese lacquerware. In addition, the vermilion squared are adorned with golden cherry blossom and maple leaf motifs.
This is a great box to keep on your dining table, to brighten up the room, and store things such as condiments, mints, or sweets. Jubako are often also used to present food, particularly around the new year period. It's also great for storing things like sewing supplies, paperclips, elastic bands and so on. It has two-tiers and a lid, so it's versatile enough to store many different kinds of things.
