Description
These Ishimaru Sanuki udon noodles are totally different from normal dried udon noodles because of their ingredients, seasoning, and manufacturing process.
The noodles are made from the manufacturer’s original blend of select Japanese flours that brings an excellent elasticity to their noodles.
These noodles are then seasoned with a premium Japanese solar salt to enhance their umami and the flavor of the wheat.
Unlike ordinary square-cut dried noodles, this product comes with round flat noodles. This makes the noodles’ texture smoother and chewier.
