Made with real strawberry juice from Tochiotome strawberries which are native to Tochigi Prefecture, you can enjoy eating fruity Japanese kakigori at home using this syrup. Tochiotome strawberries are well known in Japan for having a well-balanced sweet and sour strawberry flavor, making them the perfect strawberry to be used for kakigori syrup.
Feel free to use this strawberry syrup for making kakigori, and you can also use it for topping yogurt or ice cream with.
Note: You will be able to make between 4 and 6 portions of Kakigori with this syrup.
