This Chitose Tamagoyaki Pan is made of high-quality copper which has excellent thermal conductivity. This ensures that consistent heat is spread throughout the cooking surface, to cook your tamagoyaki evenly. Even cooking is essential for making the tastiest and fluffiest tamagoyaki or Japanese style omelettes.
This is a Kansai style tamagoyaki pan which has a rectangular shape, the end of the pan is also angled, to make it easier to properly roll and pick up your tamagoyaki.
This pan has been lined with tin, like most copper cookware, to prevent oxidization and rust. Was the surface gently with a soft sponge to ensure the tin lining lasts for years to come.
