The oil cleanser has a water catch oil formula that can be used with wet hands and quickly emulsifies. The speedy melting ingredients quickly break down and lift up even stubborn waterproof makeup.

Instructions
Apply an appropriate amount of cleansing oil on dry or damp skin.
Gently massage the face with circular motion to cleanse off makeup.
Rinse off with warm water.
It can be used on eyelash extensions.
Does not require double cleansing.
