Description
This product is another variation of Kabukiage, the manufacturer Amanoya's best-selling "senbei" rice cracker series. This one has a savory shrimp flavor.
The crackers are made from finely crushed rice through Amanoya's original manufacturing process, and, as a result, the texture of the rice crackers is softer, smoother, and easier to eat.
Just before frying the crackers, Amanoya steams them with water, which creates beautiful cracking patterns on the senbei surface. In Japanese, such cracks are reminiscent of a fully bloomed flower. Do not forget to enjoy its appearance while eating this cracker.
The crackers are kneaded with a sweet shrimp. Enjoy the umami of the shrimp spreading in your mouth when you take a bite.
