Instructions
Take a sufficient amount of sunscreen, about a nickel-sized amount, and apply it evenly to your face. Don't forget areas like your neck, ears, and the back of your neck.
If you're going to be outdoors for an extended period, reapply sunscreen every two hours or more frequently if you are sweating or swimming. Be sure to reapply after drying off from swimming or sweating.
Pay extra attention to areas that are often overlooked, such as your ears, and the bridge of your nose.
Apply it daily, even on cloudy or overcast days, as UV rays can penetrate clouds.
